How to order

1. Fill your bag. Pick pieces, sizes and colours on the shop.
2. Add your address and pincode in the bag so the delivery charge can be worked out.
3. Tap "Send order on WhatsApp". Your full order arrives as one neat message.
4. Pay online. Decorasia confirms stock and colours and sends a UPI link. No cash on delivery.
5. Unbox. Your pieces are cast, packed and sent to your door.

Caring for your pieces

• Dust with a soft dry cloth; for marks, use a barely damp cloth and dry it straight away.
• Keep them off wet bathroom counters and out of the dishwasher.
• Take perfume and nail polish off the tray before it spills; solvents can mark the finish.
• Small shade differences are part of being handmade, not flaws.

Questions

Do you offer cash on delivery?

No. Orders are prepaid online (UPI or bank transfer), which keeps prices low for handmade pieces.

Can I choose a colour?

Yes: blush pink, powder blue or pearl white. Pick it in the product window, or write it in your gift note.

How do I get offers?

Join the Decorasia Instagram group from the link on @decorasia2022. Offers and lucky draws are shared there first. Have a creator coupon? Add it in the bag note.

Will my piece look exactly like the photo?

Very close, but every piece is finished by hand, so the shade can vary a little.
