How a piece is made
Poured, not printed.
Each piece is cast in a silicone mould by hand, so no two come out exactly alike.
Mix
Fine concrete is mixed in small batches, with pigment for charcoal, blush or ivory.
Pour
Poured into silicone moulds and tapped to release air. The tiny pores that stay are the signature.
Cure
Left to set slowly, then demoulded and cured for strength before it is handled.
Sand & seal
Edges sanded smooth and the surface sealed so water and rings wipe off.
